Good Faith Estimate
As a patient at Meylor Chiropractic & Acupuncture, you are entitled to receive a written estimate of your medical expenses, known as a Good Faith Estimate, prior to receiving non-emergency medical items or services. This applies to individuals without insurance or those not using insurance. The estimate will include the total expected cost of services, as well as any related expenses such as medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and facility fees.
We encourage you to request a written Good Faith Estimate from our office at least one business day before your scheduled service. You may also request estimates from any other providers you are considering.
If your final bill is $400 or more above the original estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges. Be sure to keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
